Important UK postage and delivery information

All CakePhoto orders include Free 1st class postage and are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment. The dispatch time only includes working days and not bank holidays or weekends. Please allow at least 7 working days for arrival before enquiring the whereabouts of your order.  We will happily assist you in claiming against Royal Mail for a lost item. We always get a proof of posting of which you may request a copy. 

We are not responsible for items arriving after your required date. The edible toppers have a shelf life of approximately 6 months so they can be ordered well in advance.

If you are on a deadline please purchase another postage method below and this will be added to your basket.

Tracked 24 aim to be delivered within 24 hours and is a tracked service but not guaranteed.

Next Day Guaranteed by Royal Mail is a tracked and guaranteed service. They aim to deliver the next working day. NOTE: The order must be placed by 12 noon to receive the next working day. This service does not include weekends so if the order is placed by noon on Friday you will receive it Monday not Saturday.
